250grTomato sauce(any tomato sauce you like, I use Napolitana sauce)
Salt and powder garlic to taste
Instructions
Heat a pot filled with water, when it starts to boil add the pasta and the textured soy protein, let it cook for the time indicated on the pasta container you are using (usually between 8-12 minutes).
Once it's cooked, drain the water with the help of a strainer, add the tomato sauce and season to taste.
