Preheat the oven to 180ÂșC.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
Add the melted butter and vanilla extract and mix everything well, you should get a cookie dough that is barely sticky.
Chop the roasted hazelnuts and add them to the dough together with the chocolate chips, mix everything well once more.
Take small portions of dough and shape them into a ball with your hands, put them on the baking tray, on baking paper, and crush the balls with the palm of your hand, to give them a cookie shape.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, let them cool and that's it! (The baking time will depend on the oven and the size of which you have made the cookies)
